N100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using n100's services. By accessing our platform, you are agreeing to all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the n100 platform operated under the domain n100.ws, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and n100 management. Continued use of the platform following any updates to the terms signifies your acceptance of those changes. n100 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of n100's services, you are required to register a valid user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. n100 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
  • Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. n100 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
  • Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team promptly via email: [email protected].
  • Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a user of the n100 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using our services:

  • Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable local regulations.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the systems, servers, or networks associated with the n100 platform.
  • Do not use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
  • Do not spread false information, post harmful content, or engage in any form of fraud through the platform.
  • Do not abuse any bonuses, promotions, or credits offered by n100 in ways that violate the applicable promotional terms.
  • Comply with all age restrictions and eligibility requirements set for each game or betting option available on the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and n100 reserves the right to withhold the associated account balance while an investigation is conducted.

4. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on the n100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

  • Deposits: Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including FPX and listed digital wallets. Deposits are generally processed instantly, depending on the method selected.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with n100's current policy. Processing times vary by payment method and may take 1–5 business days.
  • Transaction limits: n100 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Current limits can be viewed in your account or on the help page.
  • Identity verification: n100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, in line with standard industry compliance practices.
  • Any attempt to conduct suspicious or unlawful fund transfers will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

N100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspected fraudulent activity during transactions or gameplay.
  • Registration using false information or an invalid identity.
  • Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
  • Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users whose accounts are closed due to policy violations may not be eligible to re-register. For account closures requested by the user, please reach out to our support team. Any valid account balance will be settled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Limitation of Liability

All content on the n100 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software—is the property of n100 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from management.

Third-Party Links

The n100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for reference and convenience. n100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, n100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. n100's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

N100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
